derailed

I know, I know. It's hard to admit that I lost focus. My weight have been stagnant. I wasn't able to go to the gym for 2 weeks, not consecutive thoughm but still!
I know it's not an excuse, but it's because of my busy schedule. I am still thinking of a way to keep my busy schedule and incorporate my exercise. I also have to control what i eat, when i eat and how many do i eat.
And now, i only focus on monthly target para hindi nakaka-overwhelm. Here it goes.
