That's All

Right now, I weigh 187 pounds.

I have to lose 72 lbs to reach my ideal weight of 115lbs.

Seems to be a pretty overwhelming task.

To do it in exactly a year ...

I have to lose 6 pounds a month.
At least 1.5 pounds a week.

Doesn't seem too overwhelming now, right?

Take it a day at a time.
A meal at a time.

Be more cautious.
Be more ambitious.
Be more driven.
Be more focused.

Surround myself with supportive, positive people.

That's all I have to do.
